hâl'in ilk hasbihâli. 🌿

Geçtiğimiz hafta sonu hâl'in Meditation & Brunch etkinliğinin brunch sofrasını hazırlama mutluluğunu yaşadım.

Meditasyonun ardından ağır bir açık büfe yerine; mevsiminde malzemelerle hazırlanan, hafif, paylaşmaya uygun ve özenle seçilmiş lezzetlerden oluşan bir masa kurmak istedim.

Sofradaki glutensiz ekmeklerin tamamı Ekim mutfağında, çapraz bulaşma olmadan üretildi.

İlk etkinliğimizdi. Katılan herkese kucak dolusu sevgiler. Daha nicelerine. ✨

hâl’s first Hasbihâl. 🌿

Last weekend, I had the pleasure of preparing the brunch table for hâl’s Meditation & Brunch gathering.

Rather than serving a heavy buffet after the meditation, I wanted to create a table with light, seasonal, and thoughtfully curated dishes—made to be shared and enjoyed together.

Every loaf of gluten-free bread was baked in Ekim’s kitchen, in a dedicated environment without cross-contamination.

It was our very first event together. Thank you to everyone who joined us. Here’s to many more. ✨
