♻️Less waste + more creative opportunities for our Kaua’i Makers

Our Kōkua Craft Thrift is growing! As part of our 501(c)(3) nonprofit mission we’re all about uplifting new makers, supporting small businesses, reducing waste, and making creative resources more accessible to everyone. Because one person’s unused supplies could be the beginning of someone else’s creative journey ✨

BIG mahalo to @paperandthreadkauai for sharing her recent haul of jewelry-making supplies and going the extra mile to sort and curate them into fun little treasure packs! And to the generous woman who donated THREE huge boxes of yarn. We are so grateful 🙏🏽💎🧶

Every donation helps keep materials out of the landfill and puts them into the hands of someone ready to create something new.

On our current wish list: Scrapbooking supplies! Paper, stickers, stamps, embellishments, and all those little treasures collecting dust in your craft closet…. Oh and let’s not forget we are also looking for volunteers who want to play and organize all the fun craft items.

Come donate, discover, and get inspired at our growing Kōkua Craft Thrift corner inside Alakoko Shop.

Bringing this gem to light since @lealiiz is hitting all the right vibes with tonight’s song for @heelskauai 🙈💕. Literally the best part about Mondays is being with such a supportive group of people and doing something that I am passionate about 🥹💕
