Came home from our Top 100 Faster Way Leadership Retreat exhausted…but with a FULL heart. ❤️

A few days surrounded by the most inspiring coaches — laughing, learning, and being reminded just how special this community is. 🩷

I’m so grateful for the women I get to work alongside and for every client who’s trusted me to walk with them on their health journey. You’re the reason I get to wake up and do what I love every single day — helping women feel strong, confident, and full of life! 💪✨

My heart (and my notebook!) are overflowing. I’m fueled up and ready for what’s next! 🙌❤️

✨ What a whirlwind few days — and my heart is just so full.

I just got back from the FASTer Way Leadership Retreat, and I don’t even know where to start. The energy, the encouragement, the incredible women who are out there changing lives every single day — it was everything I didn’t know I needed.

Being named a Top 100 Coach was such an honor, but honestly… that wasn’t the highlight. The real magic was in the conversations over coffee, the laughter between sessions, and the reminder that what we do matters.

This company continues to raise the bar — not just in wellness, but in integrity, community, and purpose. I left feeling recharged, refocused, and more passionate than ever about helping women rediscover their strength, confidence, and joy.

To my amazing clients — you are the heartbeat of why I do this. Thank you for trusting me with your goals and letting me be part of your transformation. The best is yet to come. ❤️💪

Rush at Texas A&M looks a little different today than it did thirty years ago (keep swiping 😅), but watching Lillian run to the Chi O house yesterday made me smile so big knowing what she was running into - incredible memories, lifelong friends, and maybe even a future sister in law ❤️💛 you just never know! I’m so excited for you, Lillian, and for all that lies ahead! Thank you, @tamuchio, for making her day so special!

Join us for the 6 week FasterWay round that starts TOMORROW!

You can do anything for 6 weeks!!

And if you’re like me, you’ll quickly realize how life-changing this program is and still be doing it 4 years later!

4 years ago I was working out, eating right (or so I thought), but was tired, miserable, and that darn muffin top seemed here to stay. I had no idea how unhealthy I was even if I was still able to fit in all my clothes. It took me almost a year of watching my coach’s videos before jumping on board and I sure am glad I did!

Come learn with us! You won’t regret it! Comment PLAN and I’ll share the info where you can learn more. Or find the links in my BIO. :)
