WHO IS TXWES VB? 💙💛🏐🐏

Our team bonding session was all about discovering who we want to be remembered as. Humble, resilience, heart, grit, accountability, etc. Each and every character trait embodied by each team member. That’s what makes us stronger! Better together within this Ramily family💙💛🐏🏐

••Although we didn’t finish the weekend the way we wanted, what a fight! The score was incredibly close, and this team showed the heart, grit, and determination to battle until the very end.••

There’s so much to be excited about with the season ahead. We’re building, we’re learning, and we’re hungry for what’s next. The work continues, and we’re READY for everything that’s to come!

Let’s keep pushing, keep believing, and keep getting better. The best is yet to come!

‼️‼️We’re almost there! We have just $7,000 left to raise to reach our fundraising goal and make our trip to the Keiser Tournament in Florida a reality.‼️‼️

As we enter our first transition year, our team has the incredible opportunity to compete against some of the nation’s top programs. This experience is about so much more than competition—it’s about growth, opportunity, and representing our school and community with PRIDE! 💙💛

This journey isn’t just about our coaches and athletes—it’s about the community that stands behind us. Every donation, share, and word of encouragement helps bring us one step closer to our goal.

If you’re able to support our team, we’d be incredibly grateful. Together, we can close this final $7,000 gap and make this opportunity possible.

🎉 Happy Birthday Cody Witzkoski! 🎉

Today we’re celebrating one of the strongest men of the CrossFit 1710 community!

Cody shows up, puts in the work, and never backs down from a challenge. Whether the workout is long, heavy, or downright brutal, he gives it everything he’s got. That consistency, grit, and determination inspire everyone around him.

Join us in wishing Cody an incredible birthday! We hope this next year is filled with new PRs, great health, unforgettable memories, and plenty of reasons to celebrate.

Have an awesome day, Cody—we’re glad you’re part of the CrossFit 1710 family! 💙🦁💪

Happy Birthday! 🎂🎉

Stepping into Monday like… 👊

3 rounds for time:
🔥 20 Dumbbell Box Step-Ups, 35’s/50’s
🚣 Any machine:
• 400m/500m Row
• 800m/900m C2 Bike
• 900m/1250m Echo Bike

No shortcuts. No excuses. Just show up, put in the work, and start the week stronger than you finished the last one.

Monday sets the tone. Let’s attack it. 💪

🏋️‍♂️ FRONT SQUAT DAY.

There’s something different about a heavy barbell sitting on your shoulders.

Front squats don’t just build stronger legs, they build a stronger mindset. Every rep demands focus, balance, a solid core, and the confidence to stay upright when the weight gets heavy. They’re also one of the biggest keys to improving your cleans, thrusters, and overall athletic performance.

Today isn’t about comparing your numbers to anyone else’s.

It was about showing up.
Moving well.
Trusting the process.
And getting just a little bit stronger than you were yesterday.

Whether you were chasing a PR or dialing in perfect technique, every quality rep counts.

🔥 Load the bar.
🔥 Elbows high.
🔥 Chest proud.
🔥 Let’s move some weight.

A BIG CONGRATULATIONS to everyone who PR’d today! 🤩👏🏻🎉
