As I approach my three year ‘Burniversary’ tomorrow it is bittersweet for me to announce that I have decided to say goodbye to my time at Burn Boot Camp Headquarters and step into 2020 ready for a new adventure!

To say the past three years have changed my life is a major understatement. I remember the day that I interviewed with Burn I felt weird wearing leggings and sneakers after working in fashion since graduating college haha! After DJ ‘told Devan about her friend with a blog’ I went into the interview and met Devan, Morgan and Mere in the original office that is now our studio. In an instant I felt connected to the brand, the people and the company!

Wear leggings to work every day, workout at noon, hangout with fun people and change lives nationwide?? I’ll take it! Devan called me (okay, what - the CEO is calling me!?) and left me a message that afternoon offering me the job! With that phone call, my whirl wind Burn adventure began!

With five different titles in less than three years and growth we can hardly keep up with, I can truly say I’ve seen this brand transform from a baby company to a powerhouse. Our HQ crew grew from myself being the 15th employee to 50+ employees, our locations grew from 40 open to 400+ awarded, and our Burn family has exceeded over 65,000+ clients! Wow - igniting a global health transformation is right!

Working for a booming startup company, I was lucky enough to have my hand in many buckets and to be given the opportunity to learn where my passion truly lies! Creating an insane amount of transformation stories, snapping photos as new owners came in and marked their location on our map, posting on all social channels and setting my alarm to share the protocol at 9:00AM, managing the creation of our first Burn Boot Camp Brand Book, launching new projects like DK brand, Morgan Makes It, Coffee and Kettlebells and more, brainstorming new exterior and interior designs as the market rapidly changed, helping plan countless photo and video shoots, organizing three Summit’s, hosting the first on field event in Bank of America Stadium, creating too many flyers, postcards and graphics to count and the list goes on and on and on. ⬇️
