This weekend, I got to be a girl again. Not “mom,” not “pregnant,” not the one with the diaper bag…but me.

It was my best friend’s bachelorette party and my first solo trip in years. No babies on my hip. No bump. Just laughter, late LATE nights (turns out I still have it in me to stay up until 4am even though I have a morning flight), and the kind of joy that lives in your bones when you’re surrounded by women who’ve loved every single version of you…

Fifteen+ years of friendship some of these women and we’re still showing up for each other’s big moments. Watching your friends step into these beautiful new chapters AND getting to cheer them on???? It’s one of life’s sweetest gifts.

Grateful for the reminder that we’re allowed to hold all of it: the motherhood, the freedom, the deep love, the messy joy, the us beneath it all.

✨ Here’s to friendship, growing up and staying wild, and remembering who you are outside the roles you carry.

I’m just now leaving church after an amazing service, hearing a great word, and fellowshipping with some amazing friends I’ve cultivated throughout the years at Zoe Church.

Reflecting back I’m incredibly thankful that 3 years ago @nicoleazer invited me to a Zoe Prayer Night hosted at Bel Air Church. I had decided to start exploring new churches in LA praying that God would guide me to the right church and community. Before I even began my visits, Nicole unknowingly invited me to that prayer night. From that very first experience, I knew Zoe was the home I was looking for. Before I could even start my search, God had already placed me right where I needed to be.

Zoe has been a huge blessing to my foundation in Christ. I’ve grown so much as a disciple, and the community there allows you to thrive and be the hands and feet of Jesus, loving on people and growing in community. I’ve learned to serve the body and had the opportunity to step into leadership. I'm incredibly grateful for the leadership of pastor @chadveach , whose guidance and vision have been instrumental in my spiritual growth. I’m forever thankful for my time at Zoe and look forward to witnessing the many lives this church in obedience to God will reach and transform.

We ❤️ NormaTec Compression Therapy!!! These boots use compressed air to massage your limbs, mobilize fluid, and speed recovery with our patented NormaTec Pulse Massage Pattern. You will first experience a pre-inflate cycle, during which the connected attachments are molded to your exact body shape. The session will then begin by compressing your feet. Similar to the kneading and stroking done during a massage, each segment of the attachment will first compress in a pulsing manner and then release.
