6 Years Too Long 🐾 Help Cashew, Mississippi, and Denver Find a Home Before They Return to the Shelter 💔

These three pups have spent a combined six years in Austin’s municipal shelter system. And thanks to three amazing temporary fosters 💖 they’ve each spent the past few months decompressing and showing off their best selves.

Our temp foster families offered them the greatest gift: a home. A place to rest, learn routines, make new friends, and reveal who they truly are beyond the stress of shelter life. And now? These dogs are fully house-trained, thriving in home environments, and 100% ready to meet their forever families.

Fostering makes dogs more adoptable – period. When you adopt from a foster home, you get so much more than a good boy or girl. You get a head start. You get to skip the unknowns and learn directly from people who know exactly what the dog is like in a home setting 🏡

Now, as their foster families prepare for summer travel, these good dogs need your help finding permanent homes – so they don’t have to return to a kennel after proving how well they do in a home. Can you give six seconds to amplify the stories of Cashew, Mississippi, and Denver?
