POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

The more I build, the more I realize how much I love helping other people build too.

Entrepreneurship completely changed my life.

It gave me freedom, purpose, relationships, experiences, and opportunities I never could have imagined when I first started.

And after more than a decade of building companies, brands, and teams, one of the most fulfilling parts of the journey has become pouring what I’ve learned back into other entrepreneurs.

I know what it feels like to have a vision other people don’t understand yet. To bet on yourself before there’s any proof it’s going to work. To take risks, make mistakes, figure things out, and keep pushing forward anyway.

I also know how much the right person, relationship, or opportunity at the right time can completely change someone’s trajectory.

That’s why the Aspiring Entrepreneur Foundation and the Hall of Giants mean so much to me.

There are incredibly talented entrepreneurs out there who sometimes just need access. Knowledge. Resources. Relationships. Or somebody willing to open the right door.

I want to keep building everything I know I’m capable of building, while making sure the opportunities that come with that journey reach further than just me.

Entrepreneurship changed my life.

Being able to help it change someone else’s might be one of the most meaningful parts of the entire journey.

Today I had the opportunity to speak at the Hall of Giants luncheon here in Wisconsin on behalf of our "Aspiring Entrepreneur Foundation".

As an Ambassador for the Hall of Giants, I’m proud to stand behind a mission focused on championing entrepreneurship, preserving the stories of those who built before us, and inspiring the next generation to believe they can build something meaningful of their own.

Entrepreneurship completely changed my life.

But as I’ve gotten older, my definition of success has continued to evolve.

Building companies is incredible. Creating wealth is incredible. Accomplishing things you once thought were impossible is incredible.

But eventually, success has to become about more than what you can build for yourself.

It becomes about what you can build for other people.

That’s a huge reason I created the Aspiring Entrepreneur Foundation, and why being involved with the Hall of Giants means so much to me.

I truly believe entrepreneurship is one of the greatest vehicles for creating opportunity.

It allows someone with an idea and enough determination to create something from nothing, change their family’s life, employ others, solve problems, give back to their community, and completely change the trajectory of their future.

I know what entrepreneurship did for me.

Now I want to spend a meaningful part of my life making sure the next generation has even more opportunity to discover what it can do for them.

To me, philanthropy isn’t just writing checks.

It’s giving your time, knowledge, resources, relationships, and platform.

It’s opening doors that might have otherwise remained closed.

It’s taking everything you learned climbing the mountain and reaching your hand back down to the person climbing behind you.

I’m proud to represent the Hall of Giants and equally proud of what we’re building through the Aspiring Entrepreneur Foundation.

There’s a lot more work to do, a lot more people to reach, and hopefully a lot more future entrepreneurs whose lives we can impact.

Build something successful, then use that success to help someone else build theirs.

A few more moments from an incredible event in Wyoming with the Hall of Giants.

Entrepreneurship is about more than just building a business. It’s about the people you meet, the ideas you share, the risks you take, and constantly pushing yourself to think bigger.

Grateful to have been part of the conversation and to be surrounded by so many people who are building, creating, and chasing something bigger.

Always a good time when entrepreneurs get in a room together.

Grateful to have been part of the @hallofgiants luncheon in Wyoming and to spend time in a room filled with entrepreneurs, leaders, and people committed to making a real impact.

Hall of Giants is building a community that brings together ambitious individuals who want to grow, connect, and create something meaningful, while working toward an incredible vision: a museum dedicated to celebrating entrepreneurship, innovation, and the people whose ideas have made a lasting impact on the world.

If you’re an entrepreneur, business owner, or someone looking to surround yourself with people who are pushing the boundaries of what’s possible, I definitely encourage you to check out Hall of Giants and see how you can get involved.

Excited for what’s ahead and grateful for the relationships we’re continuing to build through the Aspiring Entrepreneurs Foundation.

I’m speaking at the Hall of Giants event on behalf of the Aspiring Entrepreneur Foundation and I’m pumped.

I’ll be on a panel with some incredible people talking entrepreneurship, building real businesses, and what’s actually possible for the next generation coming up behind us. Going to share the real lessons from my journey, the wins and the scars, and connect with everyone in the room.

If you're in the vicinity, definitely be sure to stop by and say what's up.

Huge thank you to @hallofgiants for having me. This one means a lot.

See you there. 🫡

It was a true honor to speak at the Hall of Giants Luncheon today in Naples, Florida, on behalf of our Aspiring Entrepreneur Foundation ✨❤️

We spoke about my story, my journey, and why the Hall of Giants and our Aspiring Entrepreneur Foundation hold such a special place in my heart.

Our mission is bold, and our mission is simple:

To help disadvantaged individuals who wish to become successful entrepreneurs or business owners finally get an advantage in doing so.

This mission speaks to me, and we will never slow down 🫡

I’ll be sharing a lot more of this with you guys ❤️

- Justin Woll

P.S. That little voice inside your head telling you that you can be the greatest, that you can be the best, that you can make an impact… it’s very important that you listen to that voice.

Let it guide you. You are great.
