So nostalgic 🥹

The last year has been one of the bravest & most life changing years of my entire life… a year full of genuinely pursuing happiness and my dreams.

I’m so proud of 25 year old Dayna, and I’m so grateful for all the big and small moments of joy.

But this is absolutely a highlight real & there has been some HUGE challenges & lessons.

Whatever you’re going through right now: by looking at your past with so much gratitude, you can realise you will be so grateful in a years’ time for any challenges you’re currently going through and will overcome.

Here’s to another year of wholesomeness ahead!!

I am SO grateful to have gotten so close with the most amazing group of humans. It’s crazy to say a few days ago we were basically a group of strangers, when it now feels like we’ve all been friends for life!

I have never in my life felt the state of fulfilment and purpose that I did on this retreat…

I can so wholeheartedly see this is what I was born to create. Everything I have learnt in life was to be able to hold space like this.

To host the most intentional experiences that allow incredible humans to reconnect with themselves, and to believe in themselves. To help build community, foster friendships, and memories of pure happiness 💛

I have so so much love these beautiful people and for everything these past few days were!!
