Sometimes I really have to pinch myself. What started as a hobby with a blog over 10 years ago is now my career 🙌🏼 I feel so blessed to do be doing something I am still so passionate about. Skincare isn’t just a job for me. I live and breathe it. It fascinates me. It brings me comfort physically but also keeps my mind hungry to constantly learn more. What a life I have made for myself. If I could only recommend one treatment for smoother, brighter, fresher-looking skin with minimal downtime, this would be very high on my list.

Bio-RePeel + Nano/Microneedling. I swear by it for my own skin at 43, and the results I’m seeing on my clients are genuinely brilliant.

I particularly love it for three reasons:

• Before an event. When you want your skin looking its absolute best, with a little planning around any post-treatment peeling.

• Between deeper microneedling sessions. A lovely way to maintain that smoothness, brightness and overall skin quality while we’re working on longer-term collagen stimulation.

• If you’re not quite ready for full microneedling. A gentler introduction to professional skin treatments, but one that can still make a noticeable difference.

Downtime is almost zero. You might experience a little light flaking or peeling around days 2–3, but it’s very manageable. Keep your skincare gentle, let any peeling shed naturally and enjoy the smoother, fresher-looking skin underneath.

I do this treatment on myself, I recommend it to my clients, and I’m genuinely loving the results we’re achieving.
