5 days, 35+ international delegations, and a lot of moving parts behind the scenes. ⚜️🇰🇼

Over the past week (Oct 3–7), I was on the ground volunteering with the Kuwait Boy Scout Association management team for an international scouting conference hosted here in Kuwait.

Supporting general operations and delegate management taught me a ton about large-scale event logistics and fast execution under pressure.

Grateful for the experience, the great team, and the chance to represent Kuwait on an international scale!
