Whether your goal is a lean, defined aesthetic or just building a rock-solid stronger core, the truth remains the same: everyone wants the results, but very few are willing to put in the work.

We all know the baseline: abs are made in the kitchen. Your nutrition doesn’t have to be perfect, but keeping it locked in accelerates the process. From there, it’s all about backing it up with consistency. If you want to see real results, you need to be intentionally training your core a minimum of 3x a week.

And it’s not just about showing up—it’s about how you train. Most people hit that wall of core discomfort, rush through and just try to survive the set, losing all form and intention. If they only knew that slowing down, increasing their range of motion, and truly engaging the muscle would completely skyrocket their progress.. 💡
True core strength requires owning EVERY single inch of the movement.

In this video, I’m attacking the obliques from every angle. From the fluid momentum of the TRX high plank oblique swings driving knee-to-elbow, to the deep, controlled burn of the side bend machine and plank torso twists with a 3-5 second hold at the peak of each twist.
The common denominator? Max range of motion, zero wasted reps, and total core engagement.

It’s uncomfortable. It’s supposed to be. You have to be willing to do the hard things that others choose to skip if you want to get to the other side.

All you have to do is start. No excuses. Simple.

Try this blueprint (Rule of 3’s):
📋 Pick 3 exercises
💪🏽 Do 3 sets of each
🗓️ Commit to 3x a week
⏳ Stick with it for 3 weeks

Increase the intention. Let’s get to work. 💪🏽

P.S. If you need some help picking the right exercises, figuring out the “how-to,” or setting up your own routine, drop a comment below or send me a DM. Let’s map it out.

4th of July energy with this outstanding community 🇺🇸💥

Looking around the room this weekend, I just felt so incredibly grateful. Some of these faces have been sweating with me for years now, and the community we’ve built is something TRULY special. 🥹🥰

You guys are some of the hardest workers, you have the biggest hearts, and you bring non-stop laughter and jokes each and every time. The energy we create together is unmatched!⚡️

Thank you for showing up, putting in that work, and bringing the best vibes to kick off the holiday weekend with me. So immensely lucky to coach such an amazing group of human beings. ✨

Showing up for the people who show up for themselves! 💥💪🏽

Finally made it out to catch a class with @fastlife33 at @f45_training_southmckinney . After a couple of years of hearing “no” and having doors closed on him (and feeling discouraged 🥺), he persevered through it all and finally got his shot! He is ABSOLUTELY thriving 🙌🏽 and this is only the beginning... ✨

For his first time coaching group classes, you’d never know it. The energy was electric, the playlist was on point, and he commanded that room like a veteran.
Proud of you, Brother! 👏🏽💛

I’ve been a fitness professional for 23 years so I’ve been in this game a very long time. Anyone who knows me knows I don’t blow smoke or give props unless it is earned. 💯

On top of all that, he is truly the sweetest, kindest, and most helpful guy, and has smiles for days. If you know him, you know what I am talking about.
I am just so incredibly happy for him. 🥰

Shoutout to my girl @nanikalanis for riding shotgun and tackling this workout with me. We will definitely be back 🔥

Drop some love for him in the comments! 👇🏽

1% Motivation. 99% Discipline.

Why Alpha Conditioning is a total game-changer for your fat loss goals... 🧠💪

If you’re looking for a total body athletic session that does more than just make you sweat, this is it. Today’s session was a masterclass in heart rate zone training.

The science behind today:
By hitting Zone 4, we triggered a massive metabolic response (EPOC). This means clients aren’t just burning calories during these 60 minutes—their metabolisms will be elevated for the next 48 hours. 📉🔥

The Alpha Recipe:
We focused on functional strength and explosive movements to challenge every energy system:
• American KB Swings & Deadlifts (The Hinge)
• Push Presses & Floor Presses (The Press)
• High-intensity cardio bursts + intentional strength work

It’s not just a workout; it’s a blueprint for a stronger, leaner, more athletic version of you. The energy today was incredible—watch these guys work! ☝🏽

🗓 Join me in the Lab:
• Mon / Wed / Fri: 6:30 AM
• Tuesday: 5:30 AM
• Tues / Thurs: 10:15 AM

Discipline > Motivation.

Your goals don’t care about the weather forecast. The roads are icy and the commute is probably not happening—but that’s why we have options. 🧊🚫 #IcedInNoProblem 😉

Don’t let the weather freeze your progress:

I recently tried these Keto & AVC supplement gummies! The gummies are flavored and much easier to take than liquid apple cider vinegar. The texture is soft and chewable with no strong vinegar taste. These gummies have helped curb my appetite and reduce my cravings. It's a great supplement for my low carb lifestyle.🤩

Davido called on a weekday… and we answered! 💃🏽🔥 #5AliveTour

From watching Davido’s early days — back when his first single dropped and his shows were beautifully chaotic — to witnessing this? Growth is an understatement. This concert was a masterclass in performance. The man has evolved into a full-blown superstar.

Highlights from an unforgettable girls’ night out:

1. Davido = certified hitmaker, showstopper, seasoned performer.

2. My whole look? Flames. 🔥 Compliments flew all night 😉

3. The DJs kept the vibes immaculate.

4. Afrobeats pumping through our veins.

5. Security? Locked in. 💯

6. Stage presence, crowd control, energy? Chef’s kiss 👏🏽

7. No skips. Just banger after banger after banger.

8. We screamed, we danced, we lost our voices — totally worth it.

9. A night was definitely had. Period.
