October 2026

The glitz , the glamour , the costumes , Priscilla has arrived !

Priscilla Queen of the Desert the Musical has arrived at the Regal Theatre in Perth to rave reviews .

Based off the hit 1994 movie about Three friends—Tick (Mitzi), Adam (Felicia), and Bernadette who leave Sydney for a gig at a resort in Alice Springs and brings them across the Australian outback in a lavender tour bus named Priscilla.

This show is full of spectacular costumes , a hit soundtrack with non stop disco classics , endless laughs , a fabulous set and a all round spectacle show that Perth needs to get to before this bus leaves for good !

Starring a stellar cast including @manuaomakeup , @cougarmorrison and @jakewpeformingartz_ with @barbieqdiva , @alexasarmstrong plus a fantastic ensemble cast .

Produced by the Award-winning HAMA Productions (Hairspray, Wizard of Oz, Fame, Mamma Mia!) this production is one of the most flamboyant, feel-good adventures ever created.

Featuring a hit-packed soundtrack including It’s Raining Men, I Will Survive, I Love the Nightlife and Finally. Priscilla is a high-voltage theatrical party you do not want to miss.

Still crushing over @hamaproductions PRISCILLA QUEEN OF THE DESERT THE MUSICAL 🪩👠🌈

The most Gayest Australian thing you will ever see
Now playing @regaltheatre untill Saturday 31 October! 💃🎉

🌈My thoughts of the show 🌈

@alexasarmstrong pre show entertainment was super entertaining and full of hilarious banter with the crowd it was everything 🙌

At the heart and soul of this phenomenal production is @cougarmorrison , whose portrayal of Tick is nothing short of extraordinary.
Morrison brings a magnificent depth to the role effortlessly balancing the camp, flamboyant glamour of drag performance with genuine, tender vulnerability. Tick's emotional arc, especially the quiet anxieties surrounding fatherhood and self acceptance, is grounded by Morrison's compelling stage presence and warm vocals. Whether leading a massive ensemble number or sharing a intimate moment with his son, Morrison delivers a powerhouse, captivating performance that anchors the entire show.

Every single song is treated like a main event, featuring explosive choreography, spectacular vocal arrangements, and mind boggling quick costume changes that bring each track to vibrant life. The nostalgic soundtrack creates an infectious party atmosphere where it is virtually impossible to sit still in your chair!

If you grew up loving the golden era of dance and disco, this show is an absolute dream come true! Priscilla is jam packed with iconic classic pop tunes and nostalgic dance floor anthems that you know and love! The final Act was just a full Australian overload and I was living!!

🪩GO!! SEE THIS BEFORE IT END'S PERTH!!!🪩

🚌PRISCILLA QUEEN OF THE DESERT last night… JUST WOW! 🤩

We kept looking at each other throughout the show, laughing and saying, HOW GOOD IS THIS?!

🌈 The costumes were unlike anything I’ve ever seen before. Absolutely wild! It gave me vibes as if I was in the streets of Rio during Carnival, with the energy, the colour, the music and the pure craziness of it all.

There was waving of scarves, plenty of WOOs (I’m a loud WOOing girl) clapping, singing along to the iconic songs and so cool to see people moving around in their seats to the music . There’a no way you’d not love it.

We were chatting about it again this morning and honestly, it’s up there with the top three musicals I’ve ever seen. Mike agrees, so that says it all!

WHO IS GOING TO SEE PRISCILLA? I have exclusive discount tickets for my community comment SHINE and I’ll send the link your way.

A huge thank you to @hamaproductions for the invite and for having us 👠🪩✨
