There’s only one more Oasis Improv Show this year and it is going to be fun as hell!

Personality Hires is a fast and fun Grand Slam team featuring: Angela Andelson, Brianna Shackelford, Daria Bonds, Jon Barton, Nicole Stawiarski, and Sean Wilcox

Inverse Bat wears blindfolds while they perform and features: Alicia Villegas, Gabe Abano, Jill Cameron, Kevin Schmidt, Marc Guieb, Randy Thomas, and Victoria Koenitzer

The Feral is an all woman team made up of some of the funniest improvisers in San Diego: Amber Largent, Angellyne DePerio, Cat Hollander, Dustan Kessel, Erica Clermont, and Michelle Caravia

And don’t forget about the Indie Mixer!
As part of the mission to create opportunities for indie comedy teams to spread joy in the community, creating opportunities for indie comedy teams to form and grow is a no brainer. Players and attendees are invited to hang out after the show as a way to mix and mingle with other creatives in the community! We usually end up making our way next door to La Ola for some tacos, to West End for some drinks, or both!

1,000 HOURS OF IMPACT!

In just 18 months, it’s improv has organized and delivered over 1,000 hours of participant learning and engagement across San Diego!

That’s 1,000+ hours of people showing up, stepping outside their comfort zones, finding their voices, building connections, and discovering what they’re capable of through play.

And every single hour was provided at no cost to our community participants.

Behind this milestone are so many moments of laughter, courage, creativity, and connection. Moments that are making a lasting difference.

To our incredible community partners, instructors, board members, volunteers, donors, and most importantly, the participants who continue to show up and say “YES, AND!”—thank you for making this possible.

1,008 hours down. Countless ahead.

Become a change maker:
You can create more access to joy, belonging and laughter by
- Hiring us for your team’s professional development

#improvcon “step-and-repeat”

And there @ccolthurst was, a free moment between all the things. I mean, it’s incredible what Jazz and everyone involved helped to create, particularly the in-between moments 🙏🏽 The experience at @improvcon was surreal.

There were so many people so it was very easy to forget to take a photo next to these, what with everyone catching up with folks and running between this or that. But glad to have captured/gotten a hold of these. Thanks, backdrop, you literally had our backs.

Still have chills from @improvcon

THANK YOU to every member of the 29 incredibly talented, playful, and supportive groups that played the Gumption Improv Stage.

The weekend was a brilliant reminder of what Improv can do as an artform.

We're baaaaaaack!

Did you miss Half Baked at @improvcon? We've got you covered with another all-time great cast of @dearlennie, @nstawiarski, and @hamberella - hosted by @zachmoser1! Catch this crew of bakers on Sunday Sept. 6th at 7pm at @finestcityimprov!

Half Baked is a panel game show inspired by shows like "Whose Line Is It Anyway", "After Midnight" and "Make Some Noise" from Dropout TV. Each show, a panel of three improvisors take half-baked scene ideas and bring them to life, while the audience votes for their favorite!

Click the link in the bio for tickets!
