Did you know Indiana repealed the sales tax on equipment tech bros buy for their data centers? No sales tax for tech bros? No problem!

But sales tax on menstrual products? Indiana Republicans refuse to repeal the same sales tax for essential menstrual products. Makes a woman wonder why.

Let's look at the numbers:
❌18% of menstruating adults reported missing work because they lacked access to period products
❌25% of students in the U.S. struggle to afford period products.
❌35% increase in period poverty between 2018 and 2021

NO TAXATION ON MENSTRUATION.

❗ Periods aren’t a luxury. ❗

So why are period products taxed like one?

Join us on October 9 for a virtual rally as we bring together advocates and community leaders to talk about why it’s time to end Indiana’s tax on menstrual products.

This is an issue of affordability and access.

Let's keep the conversation going. Join us at noon ET. Register at the link in bio.

Looking for something fun to do with your mom this weekend?

I had the best day with my mom at Sundown Gardens in Westfield, picking out flowers and plants for our planters and browsing through their adorable store. Now every time I go to water my flowers, I think of my mom. 🥰 She was also eyeing a beautiful basket for her yard that I was able to buy for her as a Mother’s Day gift! It was such a fun thing to do together.

If you haven’t had the chance to check this place out, we all highly recommend you do! 🌸🌱
