Most coaches skip this part. 👀

The session’s done, the watch is stopped, everyone’s stretching. That’s usually where the coaching ends. For us, that’s where it starts.

After every run we sit down with our athletes and go through it together:
→ They talk first. How did it feel, what did they notice?
→ We hold their feel up against the data. When an easy pace felt hard, that’s worth digging into.
→ Context comes before correction: sleep, stress, fuelling, cycle, the work week.
→ We tell them specifically what went well, not just “good job.”
→ They leave with one takeaway, and the next session changes because of it.

The intervals are the easy part. The debrief is the coaching.

Coaches, do you debrief after sessions? Athletes, does your coach? Tell us below 👇
Save this for your next session or send it to your coach.

Laktettest Ergebnisse:
LT1: 5:22
LT2: 4:40
Delta: 4:51

Was sagt mein Laktattest eigentlich aus?
