2026 Northeast Regionals Recap:
Squat: 127.5kg
Bench: 92.5kg (+2.5kg PR HALLELUJAH AFTER 3 FUCKING YEARS)
Deadlift: 162.5kg (+7.5kg PR AGAIN HALLELUJAH)

Total: 382.5kg (+7.5kg PR total)
Placement: 3rd place, Women’s Raw Open 65kg, nominated 5th coming in
BW: 63.9kg
DOTS: 407.87 (still a 400+ DOTS HAHAHAHA)

After almost a year off the competition platform, this was my shot to hit the qualifying total for Nationals 2027.
While I was short of that, I know my mom would be proud. I say that because (kept this on the DL): my mom passed away on October 7th, 2026. I was really hoping she would be able to watch the livestream, but her body did not have much left anymore. Fuck you congenital heart disease.

I know she was there spirit (I did ask her to haunt the platform). I’ll make a separate post about her; she deserves that. ❤️ I genuinely think her final words to me contributed to a podium finish and reminding me that I go in full throttle, for the love of the game.

“We have to try.”
“Don’t take any shit from people.”
“Always do your best.”
“You have to think positive.”

She loved the show “Friends”. Keeping those last bits of advice she gave to me, it’s now time to “PIVOT” 🤣 and get strong as fuck for NJ States 2027. Hit the QT. Then have fun at Nationals. I love you mom. ❤️ Thank you for gifting me a strong squat after getting a cold 7 days out, a bench PR, and the final deadlift pull of my flight for Session 1. It was a “Hail Mary” as she would call it. I’m genuinely surprised I got it to my knees weighing in so light on the day.

Thank you to @father_iron85kg for the high quality meet run, the spotters & loaders for doing their thang, referees refereeing, and many other friends I bumped into reminding me that I love to be there on meet day.

Congratulations to my client, and long-time friend, @eva.pansa for an incredible performance at the USAPL W.O.L.F. Gyms Summer Showdown and an even more amazing transformation!! (Swipe to see our picture from last year’s powerlifting meet)

Since last year’s meet, Eva dropped an astounding 37 pounds which put her three full weight classes down. Her DOTS score (relative strength) increased from last year and she actually matched her deadlift (95kg/209lbs.) from last year’s meet.

More important than the relative strength gains or physical transformation though is the mental evolution. Eva went from someone who was obsessed with the scale and body image to now someone who is fully secure in her own skin and thriving in her health and fitness journey!

Eva, I couldn’t be more proud of you. Your epic transformation is inspiring and I’m grateful to be your coach and friend through it all.

As we always say, what’s next?! 🫶🏻💪🏻
