You’re having a deep conversation with your coach… and they’re still counting your reps. 😭😂 #strongertogether #fitness #theparkfit #ourhappyplace #strengthandconditioning

Coaching is more than just counting reps. 🫡
Sometimes you’re a coach.
Sometimes you’re a therapist.
Sometimes you’re a hype man.
Sometimes you’re a referee.
And sometimes… you’re basically running adult daycare. 😂
Come for the workout. Stay because your coach has to make sure you don’t do anything silly. 💀🏋️‍♀️

“POV: You swear you hit depth... 👀🎥 The camera says otherwise. 😂⬇️ Around here, ‘almost parallel’ doesn’t count! Drop it low, own the rep, and let’s build some serious strength. 💪🔥 Tag the friend who always says, ‘That was low enough!’ 😅 #Parkfit #SquatDepth #LegDay #FitnessHumor #TrainTogether”
