همه ی ما به مقصد می رسیم.یکی زودتر یکی دیرتر،
هرکی توانست مهارت کسب کنه،وراهش را یاد بگیره سریع تر می رسه،
یکی هم با مهارت کمتر،مسلما دیر می رسه.
بدان مقصد همه ی ما یکی است.
یکی تو مسیر زندگی ،چالش ها اونو می پی چونه،تا آنقدر مهارت کافی بدست بیاره ودر این مسیر با منحرف شدن و زخمی شدن ،و شکست‌های پی در پی ،باعث میشه از این چالش‌ها سر بلند بیرون بیاد ،

ولی من می گم:
فقط آ. ر. ا. م. باش ،و به میسرت ادامه بده

New Year’s Day 2024 brought a cold plunge adventure like no other! Having embraced cold plunges before, the mix of nerves and excitement was real. Surrounded by so many people, the energy was contagious, and I knew this was a moment to remember. As we entered the water, the world paused, focused on breath, my mind cleared, and I felt a sense of gratitude for my body. Cold, yet exhilarating, with supportive souls by my side.
This year, I’m making gratitude my anthem. Thank you, @yoga.by.shiva , for being my inspiring sister that I look up to, and @sharwariwalimbe , for sharing the madness and capturing these unforgettable moments. @catherineodegaard I missed you so much and it’s also fun doing a cold plunge with you,

از کارایی که می خوایم باهم انجام بدیم و شهرایی که باید بریم حرف می زدیم.
گفتم کاش هرکاری می خوایم کنیم بعدا پارتنرامونم شبیه خودمون باشن و این کارا رو همه باهم انجام بدیم.
خندیدی.
گفتی هرجور بشه می دونم من و تو باید تو یه شهر زندگی کنیم.
دلم قرص شد.
من از وقتی که تو اتاق، خونه کارتنی هامون کنار هم بود و در خونه‌ی همو می زدیم، زندگیمو کنار تو تصور می کردم.
آره ما هرجور که بشه باید تو یه شهر زندگی کنیم.
