After multiple trips to Vermont, we completely fell in love with Maple Creemees.

When we came home, we kept thinking…

Pineapple Pimento Cheese Burger 😗💨

INGREDIENTS
● 1lb Ground Beef
● Sliced Pineapple
● Pimento cheese
● Salt
● Pepper
● Worcestershire sauce
● 50/50 Sugar cinnamon
● Buns (optional)
● Mayonnaise
THE COOK
● Prepare smoker for low heat 225*
● Add a tablespoon of Mayo to 1lb of ground beef, mix, make into 3 patties
● Season your patties with Worcestershire, salt, and pepper
● Season sliced pineapple with 50/50 sugar cinnamon
● Place patties and pineapple slices on the grill
● Flip patties after 40 minutes, add 2oz of Pimento cheese to each patty, then add
pineapple on top
● Remove patties after 1 hour
