POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

The only real ‘resolution’ I made with myself this year was to read more.
Much more.
More than I have done in years.
Spending less time on this thing! 🙄
I’ve always loved books.
Not a kindle, ACTUAL books. *📚
But I’d have a habit of buying them, starting them & not finishing them for whatever reason.
I love the look, feel & smell of a new book just as much as I do an interesting old dusty one.
My goal is to read at least 3 books every month.
Surpassed myself in Jan didn’t I?. 🤓
I know there are many people that read way more than this, but this is a great start for me. 🙃

*Recommendations always welcomed. 🥰

Stumbled across a young red deer who’d spotted an apple in the river 🍏
He tried desperately to get his treasure 💙
Does he succeed……..?

Pale Buzzard

This beautiful pale buzzard was reflecting light of his perfectly white chest in the mid morning sun, lovely to get this shot as they are usually long gone.

Female Kestrel

I managed to get this beautiful shot of this female kestrel in the early morning sunshine as it perched on a wooden log. It was great to watch in such close quarters.

That blue flash along the river.
Managed to catch this beautiful kingfisher in slow motion taking a leap from her perch to go grab some breakfast.
