Month of May was super busy for #aapimonth 💙 Just want to thank everyone that came and shopped at our in-person markets! Here’s a recap of our last two markets with @uniquemarkets and @maum.market🫶🏼

one of our signature characteristics is that our makers are paired and share an 8’ table together — we do this for a variety of reasons, but our motto of community over competition has been our north star since the very beginning. it creates synergy between two individuals and ultimately we want to foster a positive environment with the idea that a rising tide lifts all boats. ♥︎

a recap from the pov of our photographer @aliceyechoi — in partnership with @rowdtla, we celebrated small business saturday! it was an incredibly memorable market. we can’t wait to do it again for the last time this year with 100+ aapi makers. watch until the end for a special cameo from our very own @shwnchoi ♡

☆ Maum Market in Row DTLA— asian makers market, mindfully curated ☆
@maum.market @rowdtla

☆ This local market, made up entirely of asian-owned small businesses, was definitely one for the books~ ♥️ From vibrant artisan works to handcrafted goodies, every corner tells a unique story— It was touching and inspiring to see a gallery of vendors incorporate their own cultures through the hustle and bustle.
☆ Some of my fav ones include the seasoned ceramic pieces, distinct art styles of the stationary, korean-inspired accessories, and quality fabrics
☆ Definitely come hungry because the samples were nonstop— homemade chili oil + kimchi (for the spice and flavor-lovers), holiday-themed chocolates (i tried the tiramisu and it was 10/10), a variety tea flavors (floral and soothing all in one)…
♡ Catch the next event in 2 weeks on Sunday, Dec 10 ˖⁺‧₊˚♡

Happy New Year! 🥂 Make 2023 the year you launch your idea or connect with a larger, curated audience. We’ve seen brands grow with us since Day 1 and nothing gives us more satisfaction than seeing the development of brands become brick-and-mortar stores, artists becoming gallery artists, and side hustles becoming the main hustle.

🚨 Applications are now OPEN for all Asian artists, creatives, and entrepreneurs for Q1 2023. Learn more about our 3-step application process → maum.market/application. We hope to welcome you soon to our community!
