I’ve had the honor to be apart of all 3 of @dozer.wl weightlifting camps-they have all been incredible but there was something extra special about this one.

Just cannot express how amazing it is to be able to be apart of this- all the coaches, their passion for the sport , the detail that went into the planning of this, the media, the atmosphere, the encouragement. I hope I never have to miss one 🫶🏽.

Thank you @dozer.wl for creating something so incredible- it really has made all the hard days in life worth these moments. Thank you for everything you do for the WL community. Hope I can continue to lift bigger and better going forward 🙏🏽

Special shoutout to 3X OG Camper @handlebar.barbell , you fcking killed it this weekend incredible performance 🙏🏽

Meet Coach Will. Thirteen years of coaching — from D1 rowing at Boston University to boxing to the barbell. At Stonehenge he runs personal training and coaches our youth program, and strength classes working with everyone from first-timers who’ve never touched a barbell to advanced lifters, ages 13 to 80.

He brings the energy every single session. You’ll work harder than you planned to, and you’ll leave in a better mood than you came in.

Will is taking on new clients right now, and your first session is free. tap the link in our bio to get started.

A look at some of the upgrades we’ve made to the gym this year. We added some new laminate flooring and a turf area for accessory work.

Thanks to Adam, Dillon, and Dan for all the hard work getting it done. Lot of long days and nights.

We’ve also got some new things to check out. Dillon is running Strength Express on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 10am, and Will, Monica, and Gabe are all taking on new personal training clients.

If you’ve been thinking about getting started, now’s a good time. Personal training, strength, and Olympic weightlifting in Cedar Park, TX.

I remember when I used to chug beers in the alley by the dumpsters just to get through the workday… this is way better.
