Im addicted to this ABSOLUTE SLEEPER handroll spot in east Rutherford NJ!! @handrollhouse_ has the BEST handrolls in a really fancy looking interior, and this blows away a lot of NYC sushi/handroll spots I’ve been to! I’d totally come back any day for a casual yet upscale dining experience!!

@sushicon_official co hosted by @trueworldfoods and @noblefreshcart Con is back, and after trying over 100 varieties of sushi, I can confirm there’s A LOT to love here! 🤤 From fresh nigiri and ikura to trout caviar and handrolls, it’s a sushi lover’s dream.

This is my third year attending Sushi Con, and it’s still one of my favorite food events.

@handrollhouse_ is a 8.8/10, #7 highest ranked Fox Food Review of all time🔥🔥

You’re probably asking: What makes it so great?

Picture this:

You get the invite from Jojo the owner, to stop by his restaurant.

You walk in confident, yet unsure if you will like the food. You love steak & chicken, not seafood.

Instantly, all your worries are thrown to the side.

Jesus himself, blessed this Earth with a delicious fish called tuna🐟

Make it spicy, roll it up, & you get sent straight to flavortown😂 Word to @guyfieri

But no, the food does NOT stop there.

How does Handroll House manage to make cucumbers in a salad taste great?

What creative genius pictured a sushi with spicy tuna, crab, & shrimp tempura IN ONE ROLL?

Is the eel hand roll, crab hand roll, or yuzu salmon hand roll best?

At Handroll House, you’re not paying for sushi. You’re paying for a memory.

A distinct flavor, so thoughtfully created, that will leave you thinking about it for weeks to come.

THAT is why they are ranked 7th in over 300 food reviews.

Excellence. 🇯🇵🍣

NJ’s most unique sushi spot 🍣

Handroll House is doing sushi a little differently — everything feels so unique, intentional, and completely mastered. The handrolls were super fresh and the cut rolls were AMAZING 🤤

Major shoutout to JoJo for being the absolute best and making the whole experience even better! Such great service from start to finish.

Fresh fish, creative combos, amazing service — definitely one to save for your next sushi night. & they’re BYOB 🤍
