What a beautiful morning of movement, community, and connection. 🌿💚

A huge thank you to USF Black Alumni for putting together the Back in Motion 5K and for bringing in True Vine Women’s Wellness to be a part of it. @usfblackalumni

There is something so special about seeing people come together to move their bodies, support one another, connect with local businesses, and simply enjoy community. We were grateful to be one small part of it.

Thank you to everyone who stopped by the True Vine tent, asked questions, shared a conversation with us, or trusted us to be part of your wellness that morning. 🤍

And thank you to all of the vendors and organizations who showed up and helped make the morning what it was.

USF Black Alumni, thank you for creating the space and bringing everyone together. We truly enjoyed being part of Back in Motion and hope this is only the beginning. 🌿

YES NEW FRIENDS!!

Adding to the connections list is a MUST!! It was great meeting and connecting with the vendors in my area and learning what they do, as well as seeing them work!

This man gave out massages during the event! Don't ever think your business is too big or too small to attend! You never know who might need you!

But one thing I know FOR SURE is that everyone could use a FREE VACATION! So if you haven't already joined the club now is definitely the time! 😮‍💨

We just added some amazing destinations for you to choose from for your free hotel stay when you sign up! It's $1 to join the club and it's $1 dollar a month!! You can't beat that! Click the link in our bio to join NOW!! 🎉❤️
