There is something incredibly grounding about turning the medicine inward. Treating myself allows me to reconnect firsthand with what my patients experience on the table: the initial pinch, the deep De Qi sensation, and the wave of relief that follows.

Yall can’t say I’m playing hookie. I’m back to work and continuing to focus largely on skill building. When I get back I’ll have two absolutely destructive hands to throw power from. Had a fun weekend but this is what the people come to see. Check out those PF shorts tho👀

Old work, but as you can see my mind is on constant evolution. I am still allowing my injury time to recover properly and while doing so have allowed my body to rest as well. I have been in a fight camp since August of last year nearly and fought in January before then. Many back to back fights, I have been active. I seek to return to training at a full capacity soon and I aim to return as quickly as possible. I will continue slaying every bantamweight in front of me in the @ufc octagon.
