How do we feel about this shape friends?! 🧐

Found myself in this elbow version of #pduprightmarchenko while prepping for workshops (@thepoleboutique ) next month 👀🫶🏻

I can’t get a FLAT split in the OG bicep version, so when I do that I usually stay in a stag shape. But in the elbow I manage to get the look of a flat split more especially in the front angle so I think it looks cuter? 😅

Thoughts in the comments! And let me know if you’ll be trying it hehe.

Feeling like a ballerina 🩰 in this pairing btw -

Have you noticed that when learning some skill, the biggest barrier usually isn’t the strength/muscles, it’s the mind? One good example is Flic flac.

The hardest part is convincing the brain that you’re not gonna die 😂. Once you get past that mental block and commit, you can unlock a skill in a single session. And honestly, that feeling is addictive!

Today was one of those days. I did three of these flips for the first time.

I decided to put my flips together because sometimes you learn a skill, move on to something else, and completely forget about it. Looking back at these videos is a great reminder of what you’ve achieved.
