POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

Pretend it’s June 20th because your girl was traveling and couldn’t post anything for the one year anniversary since I taught my first class ever and since I started teaching Embody fusion @embodycornwall

Gotta say my thank you’s so here we go 🥹

Thank you to my 7AM Friday crew for making Embody Fusion what it is (you know who you are). You showed up even on the darkest mornings. I am so appreciative of the intimate conversations we shared and the one on one teaching that helped me become a better instructor. Even though now it’s a Pilates sculpt class, you will forever be my OG Fusion Crew.

My 7 PM Wednesday besties - since I started teaching this time slot this year, I never expected to see how much the class would grow. I am so grateful to have met so many incredible people through this class. Thank you for laughing with me, for the dirty looks and for reminding me of my lefts & rights (I will get it right eventually). The electric energy and the insane amount of sweat will always be worth a wash day (and I hate washing my hair). I am so lucky to lead you all through this intense class.

And finally, to Em @barrewithem - thank you for seeing me and being one of my biggest supporters. I’ll never forget when I told you two years ago after a circuit class that I was thinking about becoming a Pilates instructor. You were so excited for me, and even though I was really shy about the idea, you were confident that I was meant to do this. I can’t even imagine where I would be right now had I not taken your Lab class three years ago. You changed my life for the better. Thank you for creating this community and for giving me the space to be me and share my love for Pilates with this crew.

Cheers to a great year and here’s to the next. I’ll see you on the mat besties ♡.

Sara
