Day 12 of my @sillylittlestarcharts habits ✨

Running has been the biggest rediscovery of this whole challenge and I can see the appeal of run clubs now too 😂 I kind of regret not joining any run clubs when I was training for my marathon…

Day 9/31 of @sillylittlestarcharts habits ✨

The lack of sleep after a Monday night basketball game (or lack there of this week) always makes the rest of my week a reaaaal challenge. But still managed to tick off everything else so win win anyway!

You’re the right kind of rare
Free on purpose
Like you mean it

Your soul is pushed
right up to the glass
I can see it behind your eyes
Like a cat pacing a room
Trying to get out

You are a real thing
in a dead world
And it makes people feel alive.

Trying to find the bright moments of a week that kinda sucked. That flu, not a fun time. In fact it was one of the most terrible times I’ve had in a long time 😭😭

Day 2/31 of my @sillylittlestarcharts ✨

a little reminder of the run down: each day I’m trying to tick off six goals (it was 5 but I threw in a fun little bonus one last minute)
⭐️ 10,000 steps
⭐️ minimum one 30 minute workout
⭐️ 5g of creatine
⭐️ 8 hours of sleep (I think this will be the hardest by far)
⭐️ 3L of water
⭐️ 15 pull-ups

If I tick off 124 stars by the end of the month I’ll treat myself to the new @amazonaustralia Kindle in Fig

As simple as that.

It’s about trying to get my routine back in order so I feel like I’m enjoying exercise and being consistent. But it’s NOT about being perfect (why the goal is not 6/6 stars every day)

Day one is done and dusted (and I obviously started strong)

The run down: each day I’m trying to tick off six goals (it was 5 but I threw in a fun little bonus one last minute)
⭐️ 10,000 steps
⭐️ minimum one 30 minute workout
⭐️ 5g of creatine
⭐️ 8 hours of sleep (I think this will be the hardest by far)
⭐️ 3L of water
⭐️ 15 pull-ups

If I tick off 124 stars by the end of the month I’ll treat myself to the new @amazonaustralia @amazonkindle Colorsoft in Fig

As simple as that.

Anyway, I’m going to vlog all 31 days so I can see how it goes and report back on if a silly little star chart can actually help set a routine (I bought the downloadable PDF from @sillylittlestarcharts 🫶🏼)
