Where does the time go?! It’s hard to believe that 5 years ago I earned my Master of Public Health from @uofwa .

Here are some highlights my younger self would be proud to know. You:
- Built low/no-cost clinics in medical deserts
- Created and launched interventions for substance use disorders and other mental health conditions across the globe
- Traveled the world to speak onstage and motivate people to connect with care
- Co-teach a course for Harvard T Chan School of Public Health
- Maintained dedication to health and built strength physically (I think my biceps are double the size now than this picture 🤪) and mentally

Feeling sentimental as I gear up for the next 5 years. Moral of the memories: you are capable of so much. I can’t wait to see what’s next.
