He may not like this, but who cares it’s the price you pay when people love you! A huge shout out to Trevor Phillips! I have not known him as long as many of you, but one thing I do know is his passion for sharing the methodology of CrossFit to all of its new members, setting coaches and team members for success so that our best hour of the day is making us better mind-body and soul. Not to mention trying to help many of us with our nutrition goals, psychiatric sessions that may have nothing to do with the gym, camp counselor moments, trying to make peace if ever needed, being a husband, being a dad, offering solutions, offering guidance like” stop eating like an A- hole”. AND with all of that comes the privilege of being able to be the personal chef for the two time fittest man on earth who moved back up to fourth on the leaderboard this year. What a great year it was seeing both Justin and Elle do so great at the games this year. Thanks Trevor for spreading yourself so thin for all of our benefit. We will try to repay you by making the world a fitter place.

Today @fulcrumcrossfit hosted another top level competition “THE HAZING”. Not only did we have athletes from gyms across the Central Valley but we were blessed to have in attendance athletes of our home based adaptive program show off their fitness gains. Enjoy some of their highlights. #
