To my 102 sisters, I’m grateful for the laughs, memories, and time we spent together. God bless each and every one of you and be with you. I’m so proud of all of you and blessed to call you some of my closest friends. Esther 4:14

VMA’S 2026🪩

To start, I am beyond grateful for all of the support, kindness, encouragement, and guidance I have received throughout this past year. Looking back, I never imagined I would experience a season like this.

Back in December, I went through one of the most difficult periods. Between dealing with an injury and feeling disconnected from the sport I had loved since I was young, I began to question whether I should continue. I felt like I had run out of time to grow, and after very little thought, I was ready to quit. I felt discouraged, exhausted, and unsure if the sport still brought me the happiness it once did.

After having a one conversation with my teachers and taking time to reflect, I decided to give it one more chance. I continued showing up to practice, pushing through every difficult hour, even on the days when I doubted myself. Little by little, I began to find my place again. I started accomplishing skills that I had been working toward for years, and with every small success, my confidence and motivation grew.

Through all of the challenges, I learned that growth does not always happen when things are easy. Sometimes it comes from choosing not to give up when you feel like walking away. I put my trust in God, stayed committed to the process, and believed that all of the hard work would eventually pay off.

Today, I could not be more proud of how far I have come. The countless hours of practice, the setbacks, the frustration, and the moments when I wanted to quit all led me to this point. This season taught me resilience, patience, and the importance of believing in myself even when progress feels impossible.

Most importantly, it reminded me why I fell in love with this sport in the first place. None of this would have been possible without the people who supported me, encouraged me, and believed in me when I struggled to believe in myself. For that, I will always be thankful for @villadancecompany . This journey has shown me that some of the greatest accomplishments come after the hardest battles, and I am excited to continue growing both as a dancer and as a person.
