Been a while! 👋🤍 Let's catch up my Loves:

1. I've been pushing myself harder at the gym lately, focussing on strength training to build muscle, since I learned that the first thing we lose as we get older is muscle mass...
2. My body goals involve defined shoulders and arms 💪
3. Celebrated my birthday quietly and peacefully, just as I wanted it for this year 🥰
4. Did a major purge/spring cleaning, while on a 3-day water fast... Highly recommend. Life-changing ✨
5. Had the pleasure to host the first ever Ladies Weekend conference in Ottawa at @therock_ministry 🥰
6. The Holy Spirit did His thing 😮‍💨🥹
7. I discovered my love for dates 😵🤭
8. Was honoured to host a fireside chat at @claudeclub and interview the incredible @elizendajeanclaude 🙇🏽‍♀️🤍
9. What an inspiring group of people in the crowd ✨
10. Volunteered at my sister-friend @tracyperrault_'s conference for mothers and their village. My baby girl was on staff with me 👯‍♀️
11. Like @projby.noc said, @mamanbbco is not just another nonprofit... It's a ministry.🤍
