This month’s donation feels a little heavier on my heart ❤️‍🩹

For every order placed at Aegi Bloom, I donate $1 to a different cause each month.

For August, 1,098 orders meant $1,098 donated to Save the Children’s Nepal Emergency Appeal.

I’m truly heartbroken for the children, parents, families and communities affected. It’s hard to even find the right words knowing what so many families are going through right now.

I know $1 from an order may seem small on its own, but when a whole community comes together, those little contributions become something much bigger.

So this $1,098 isn’t just a donation from Aegi Bloom - it’s from every single person who placed an order with my little business this month.

We came, we ate, we TIED! 👏🏼

Ain’t nothing like tying your own flies to get out and fish with. Especially when you’re doing it with the girls!

This month’s talk is all about the CHUBBY CHERNOBYL.

We spent time delicately positioning foam bodies just right and deciding whether we appreciate using wax when we work our dubbing on our bodies, or nah.

Every tier has their preferences - so we have to know.. DO YOU USE WAX? 🤔

Happy New Year!!

2021 brought so much growth to my photography business! It was my first full wedding season with practically every weekend in summer booked, I found my editing style, upgraded my equipment and had more fun at my job than I thought was possible. I can’t say thank you enough to all my incredible clients that have trusted me with their special moments, I’m definitely still learning but feel like I’ve finally found my creative style. Here’s a few favorites from the past year and looking forward to 2022!! 🥳

Every year I’m getting in the Christmas spirit a little earlier than the previous year! So close to just putting up my tree and lights soon because it brings me so much joy!! Are you team wait until after Thanksgiving to decorate or Christmas starts November 1? 🎄
