🎙️ SALT LICK PODCAST | EPISODE 16

This week we’re joined by Hannah Armstrong, ex-yacht personal trainer turned business owner and founder of Hans Final Start. 💪🏼✨

After years working in the yachting industry, Hannah made the move back to land life and took the leap into building her own business within the fitness space, helping women become stronger, more confident and better versions of themselves.

We chat about her journey through yachting, making the transition back to land, the realities of starting your own business, finding purpose beyond the industry and turning a passion for fitness into a career.

Whether you’re currently onboard, thinking about life after yachting, or dreaming of building something of your own, this one’s for you. 🎧

EPISODE 16 DROPS TOMORROW! 🎙️🔥

A realistic half mara run with the crew. Lots of water breaks and a few kiss breaks

No but honestly, to think running a half marathon on a random Sunday is normal for me now is wild. You would not catch me doing this by myself that’s for sure. If I’m training for a full marathon we all are 🤪

Still mad at @hansfinalstart for not letting us properly break at the top of the hill 🤢🤢

Anyways, see u at the next run

What a week of marathon training looks like thanks to my PT @hansfinalstart

I’ve already said it but I’ll say it again, there’s no way I could do any of this without the support of my people. You best believe I wouldn’t be able to run 18kms by myself 😂 so feeling very grateful ❤️

And in saying that, we have an open door for whoever wants to join us for runs!!!

Been having a lot of fun playing around and setting up counters with the Philly Shell. Always still working on improving even when I’m coaching others. DM to learn to box or if you need guidance anywhere else on your total fitness journey. “Avoid the Floyd!” 😂
