As my final regular Outdoor season comes to an end, I eternally grateful for all the memories from traveling, wild practices, fun meets, and long lifting sessions.

These last 5 years of college track and field, 2 at SIUC and 3 at Iowa State, have not only helped me grow as an athlete, but as a person. Forming many new friendships, and some lifelong relationships. Through all the wins and failures, I made it to the end with irreplaceable experiences.

I am so grateful for all my coaches throughout the years who have helped me get this far. Thank you collegiate Track and Field, and again, thank you to all my coaches.

It’s been an incredible journey. To the next chapter we go.

RsSR Garret Wagner had his best lifetime series and ended just 2cm under his PB for another SB of 21.48 (70’5.76)

RsSR Zach Verzani broke through 20m again for a best of 20.04 (65’9)

RsFR Nathan Rotherham hit a big PB of 19.51 (64’0.25) to move up to #8 all-time ISU

Luke Morrison through nearly a 2m PB with a mark of 19.47 (63’10.5) to move into #9 all-time ISU

JR Michael Etuma threw a PB of 18.68 (61’3.5)

RsFR Kamari Brown threw nearly a 2m PB with a throw of 19.49 (63’11.5) This ranks #7 all-time at ISU.
