The map begged me to bike up this road, and the lake begged Hans to foil on it!

Winter 26

45 years of skiing and yet every one is different…
In no particular order, Home, the Alps, Canada, Italy, Greenland and Sweden…
With loved ones, friends, clients or alone, this winter has been a beast, filled with challenges, high and lows… new experiences, new descents, new friends, great trips but also a challenging snowpack, a really nasty hand infection, closing roads and bombing to reopen them… Just like a rollercoaster, only more fun!

Thanks everybody!

I’m flying back with a contented and chapped face and lips, tears of happiness and joy that accompanied me throughout the trip in the ice.
Thank you to my friends @lykova_daria_ , @sane4ka_0389_ , @taniakurchina , who shared these moments of happiness with me, and to all the great people I met on the ship🙏❤️
To the crew of the ship @albatrosexpeditions, the organizers, and all the coolest guides @iceaxeexpeditions, a huge thank you for introducing us to the power, beauty, uniqueness, and, at the same time, fragility of this natural area. I miss you already..🙏

P.S.: here we go again, I’m such a tearful funny guy😂
