Albuquerque, you’re going to recognize some faces in this one. 👀🎬

Behind the scenes filming The Happy Show with Dylan Hamrick, Estevan from Happy Dispensary, and Chris, aka King Doobie from The Hotspot ABQ. Put this group in front of a camera and there’s a reason to keep watching. 😂🔥

I’m Charlie Montoya with @vividcanvastv, taking you inside the production—from the people in front of the lens to the work that goes into making the shot.

Every scene takes decisions you might never notice while watching: where the light falls, what stays in the background, when the camera moves, and how long we hold on a reaction. Those details help give a scene its personality and let the people in it shine.

That’s one of my favorite parts of filmmaking: taking an idea and working with a group of people to turn it into something you can actually watch. The lighting, camera work, performances, and edit all have to come together.

Vivid Canvas TV and @thehotspotabq are bringing you a look at that process right here in Albuquerque, New Mexico. Local faces, creative collaboration, and a whole lot happening on both sides of the camera.

Shoutout to Dylan, Estevan, and King Doobie for being part of The Happy Show. Show them some love in the comments. 👇

Who do you want to see more of—and should we post more behind-the-scenes footage? 🎥

🎬 FILMING THE HAPPY SHOW IN ALBUQUERQUE, NEW MEXICO. 🌿👻📺

The cameras are rolling on The Happy Show — bringing New Mexico cannabis culture, comedy, characters, local personalities and cinematic storytelling together for something completely different.

Today’s production brought Bundles, Dispo Hype, Fresh, Chris from The Hot Spot, Charlie, Vivid Canvas TV and The Hot Spot TV together behind the scenes to help bring the next chapter of Happy to life.

If you’ve been following Happy Dispensary in Albuquerque, you already know this isn’t your typical dispensary content. The Happy Show has its own world, characters and stories — from Hash Hole HEIST to Offer They Can’t Refuse and Vape Wars — and now we’re behind the cameras building what comes next.

This is what we love about creating in Albuquerque, New Mexico: taking local businesses, personalities and ideas and giving them a cinematic platform that feels bigger than a normal social media post.

New Mexico has stories worth watching — and we’re filming them.

Keep your eyes on The Happy Show, Happy Dispensary, Vivid Canvas TV and The Hot Spot TV because there’s a lot more coming. 🎃🎥🔥

Two brothers. Two paths. One city that doesn’t forgive. 🎬🔥

We sat down with @berner415 in Albuquerque to talk about Splash City—a raw crime drama exploring brotherhood, loyalty, ambition and the choices that can change your entire life.

Slim sees basketball as the way out. Juju gets pulled deeper into the streets. Both are fighting to survive—but survival means something different to each of them.

Huge respect to Berner and the entire team for bringing an authentic Bay Area story to the big screen.

Full interview coming soon. 👀

What matters more: staying loyal to where you came from—or having the courage to escape it?
