If you're not qualifying leads, you're simply just allowing anybody to come in and steal your time.

But when you're doing an effective job of marketing and you have a lot of people coming through, your sales team doesn't have the time and capacity to sort through hundreds of people that are just simply not ready to buy it.

Instead of burning your sales team out, simply qualify your leads before they get a chance to talk to you. Your sales team will be happier, you'll make more sales, and you'll see a much more effective return on your marketing investment.

If you want my full list of questions, comment "leads" below.

I speak to 7, 8 and 9 figure business owners on almost a daily basis. This is the number one reason that holds most of them back.

And if you are a service based consumer business, this is always the number one reason.

Yes, there can be 100 other things that are going wrong. You might need to strengthen your team. You might have weak internal systems. Maybe you don’t even have SOP’s.

But without solving this one problem, none of that will ever matter because this is the true life blood of a scaling business.

You need to have the ability to get people that have never heard of you to become customers on a consistent predictable basis.

If you can’t do that, you will always be at the mercy of hoping someone else speaks about you. And if you’re relying on other people to do the job for you, it will never get done.

As a business you need to find people who are truly on your team, who truly care about you & your business.

Before Happy Ghost, I lost a lot of money to a lot of big promises. Agencies tend to be very good at building the picture, but not fulfilling.

But when you find an agency that is willing to truly go to bat for you. It’ll change the landscape of your business overall.

Because good marketing can be the difference between an industry leader & a hidden gem.

When this feeling started to kick in, is when I knew things were changing.

Things became less about me & more about the team. Things got more serious & the responsibility got heavier.

But that pressure is the point. Without risk, without pressure, you’re really not putting everything you have into it.

Happy Ghost has always been way bigger than me. It’s about redefining what good marketing looks like across the globe. It’s about seeing people potential and helping them rise to it.

It’s about building something that will impact the lives of not just those around me but those who watch from a distance.

To build a business, you must first become a leader & your job as a CEO is to train & inspire your people every single day.

These little systems, help my business run efficiently. And don’t require my presence every 20 minutes!

In order to scale, you need a predictable way to acquire new jobs/clients. You also need strong systems to create predictability & efficiency inside of your business.

Most of your daily tasks can probably be automated or systemized, and free up your time to focus on growing the business. Which should be your main focus!

Our job is to get our clients as many sales as possible while making their life as simple as we can!

Business is complicated enough, you don’t need to hire someone to make it more complex.

We understand you are hiring us for the results & so our job is to not just deliver. But make it as easy as possible for us to continue to drive those results long term 👻

Sometimes you just need to step back & look at it from a different perspective.

Besides having an incredible service. The best thing you can do to scale is:

Find a way to stop a stranger, teach them about your service, give them a reason to care & eventually buy from you.

Once you find a way to successfully achieve that, your scaling becomes unlimited!

This happens all the time.

Business owner jumps on a call with me convinced they need a flood of leads to grow. More leads, more calls, more revenue. Makes sense on paper.
ㅤ
You don’t have a lead problem. You have a quality problem. Stop chasing volume and focus on a handful of people who are actually ready to buy.
ㅤ
Most business owners have never done this math. They just assume more is better.
ㅤ
It’s not. Better is better.
