🎬 Official Selection – @trailsinmotion World Tour 14 What happens when trust, instinct, and unconditional companionship meet the world of ultrarunning? 🐾🏔️ SuperNova follows Nova, a 7-year-old Hungarian Vizsla, alongside her ultrarunning Dad, Evan Birch ultrabirch , and crew chief Mom, Cassie Hawrysh @cassiehawrysh , as they take on the legendary Orcas Island 100 Miler (@rainshadowrunning )in February of 2025. Through rain, fog, mud, wind, darkness, and 8,200 meters of elevation, this film captures something far deeper than endurance alone. It’s a moving story about connection, loyalty, and the extraordinary bond between humans and their dogs. ❤️ Tickets on sale now link in Bio 30 October 5:30pm Venue: @thestudio17a Repost 📷 @trailsinmotion #trailrunning #ultramarathon

If you’re looking for an affordable easily accessible place to run trail I recommend @the_forest_at_art Entry to the venue is $2 - you pay at the Cafe and that gives you access to dirt farm roads. Vert one way is about 20m so not ideal for hill training but definitely good for a long run Pros ✔️ easily accessible (just off Harare Drive) ✔️ Safe ✔️ Affordable ✔️ clean loo ✔️ Bikes available for hire and climbing wall for cross training ✔️ There’s a cafe so a good place to get a post run coffee or snack Cons ✔️ not ideal for hill training ✔️ no trees cover on the actual farm road so make sure you’re adequately protected from the sun I managed to run 9km all in all I’ll probably use it as a regular long run venue. @the_forest_at_art #trailrunning #runningharare

My plan is to test every piece of gear that I store in my online shop or maybe get other runners to do it too. Also it’s stretchy not sticky. Available online at www.hararerunner.co.zero and www.therunningvoyager.com
