Five whole years in the Red Room ❤️😱

Coaching at Barry’s has been one of the most meaningful chapters of my life, and saying goodbye to it is incredibly bittersweet. 😢

During some of my darkest moments, Barry’s was the one constant I could count on. I met so many amazing, resilient humans there (both clients and teammates) people who show up, dig deep, and work harder than almost anyone I know!!! Seriously!

But after a lot of thinking I decided that I feel ready to spread my wings and fully pour into my own business and opportunities that will allow me to continue growing in new ways. 🙌🏻

This isn’t definitely not a goodbye… just the end of a very special era ❤️

Forever grateful to have been part of the Red Room!

One last “Treadies let’s go!!!”

Thank you for the last 3 years having the opportunity to hold space Wednesday mornings for Chest Back & Abs, it’s been incredible and everything I hoped it would be.

Who knows, maybe I’ll be back or pop up in the schedule as a sub, but for now it’s see you later.

Time is our greatest asset, and it still means the most to me every time anyone chooses to take class with me.

Thank you for enduring the dad jokes, backyard BBQ beats & EDM bangers I’d play for weeks in a row.

I’ve been to dozens of group fitness classes around the world & I don’t say it lightly, Barry’s MPLS has something special.

📚Strange Sally Diamond

The reason why I enjoyed this novel was it was a very unique read! I haven’t read many books like this in the past. The protagonist as you may have guessed was strange but lovable all the less. It was a book of self discovery and growth. There was definitely some hard parts to read with trauma and healing as themes but handled delicately by the author. We also got to celebrate a couple book club members Birthdays which was an added bonus!! Pro tip this book can be streamed for free on Spotify premium!!
