Pretty wild who God puts in your life, even if they live on the other side of the country.. so thankfully for you two & the impact you both have had on my life.

Some of the best people in the pest control industry, truly. Different states and backgrounds and bring a fun perspective to what it’s like having a strong culture in a company.

Jason helped me set up our software for success before we had even launch. He doesn’t work for a software company. He just really wants to help, and still does. He didn’t ask for anything in return. Jason owns a pest control company in Florida!

Mat is really good at marketing. Thankful for him and his wisdom!

“You can’t compete with us we want you to win”. Is the heartbeat of @therealpestworld

So many people think different companies means competition. What’s so cool about this adventure into the operations side of pest control is that it’a such an incredibly uplifting industry.

We put together a house for Pest Control owners to stay at during a massive international conference. It allows for community to be built and owners to collaborate with one another.

Insane week living with these guys!! Monday we had a fun time raising money for the Graycen Vargo Excellence Award! We ended up raising 20,000!

Had to get some Texas barbecue.

Thanks for hosting us to kick things off @vmproductstx ! We are thankful to see your operation and where you’re driving innovation for our industry.

Just some studs! Grateful for each one of you, seriously.

Amen.

First stop on this edition of my Texas business trip: Hard Eight BBQ in Coppell. 🔥🍖 Before the meetings and a packed schedule, I had to make time for a little Texas barbecue. Business brought me here, but there’s always room on the itinerary for good food!

📓✏️DAY ONE OF PARENT-TEACHER CONFERENCES

Our teachers stayed late tonight for parent-teacher conferences, and we’re so grateful to @hardeightbbq for helping us take care of them with dinner for the evening.

Conference nights make for long days, and having a warm meal ready is one small way we can show our teachers and staff how much we appreciate everything they pour into our Panthers. 📚

A huge thank you to Hard Eight BBQ Roanoke for generously donating tonight’s meal and supporting Perrin Elementary in such a meaningful way. We’re incredibly grateful for community partners who show up for our school and help us take care of the people who give so much to our kids. 🩵🧡🐾

Texas trip was a BLAST!

We found the Canadian themed diner (it was low key very accurate)

We went to an amazing event hosted by @arfunnel.io to become a better coach.

I hired a new Hyrox coach 👀

I ate so much BBQ.

I met internet friends in person!

I got my runs and lifts in.

I wore a lot of @thebestactivewear

I left feeling incredibly grateful for the opportunity to be able to travel, develop relationships with international friends across the US and I get to do it with my husband!!

All while staying lean at the same time 😍

Can't wait to do this again!
