Spent some time in one of my favorite and one of the most slept on food cities in America this weekend: Memphis, TN. I absolutely love Memphis and the food scene is a very large component of that. Memphis is home to my favorite pulled pork sandwich in the country @centralbbq . Every time I come through Memphis, I have to hit up Central. It is a 10/10 sandwich but it’ll put you to sleep afterwards 🔥😴. Hardy and I split the wings for the first time and they were super crispy on the outside and super moist on the inside, just how I like them 😋. We also hit up The Flying Saucer in the Dirty ‘Dova and all of us but Hardy got the Turkey Meltdown, it was good but I didn’t much care for the pickle relish on it. I didn’t get a picture but we got the steak fries for an app and it was easily a top 10 appetizer I’ve ever had. It was 10/10. Highly recommended if you are ever in Cordova. Overall, it was a great weekend in the 901 and I can’t wait to come back for some more grub 🍔🌭🌮🌯

To those of you I enjoyed these last five years with, thank you. You mean more to me than I could ever encapsulate in a simple Instagram caption. #AndOneBaby #SnackBar #Gerk #ThisIsWhyWeClash #OhMyGoodnessBeverly

Had some buddies in Birmingham to get our Johnsons Nick’d at the Coca-Cola Amphitheater and had some food to show for it. Friday for lunch we had to check out Porch (obviously). Dugg, Hardy, and I all got the Signature Burger, JB got the Porch Burger and added lettuce and tomato for $0.50 each 🤣🤣 and Ludwig got the Cubano 🇨🇺. I was a huge fan of the burger and fries. @porch.mb will be around for years to come but they need to change their logo to something more heady instead of trying to look to fancy. 9.4/10 burg. Saturday morning we got Big Bad Breakfast. I got the Big Bad Skillet with a side of Cheese Grits 🧀🔥. JB got the Waffles with a side of Biscuits and Gravy? He was carbmaxxing for some reason, no one knows but keep going @jb.greene , I rock with you heavy bro 💯. The breakfast was phenomenal as always but I did have to speed home to get to the little boy’s room. For lunch on Saturday we went to @moesbbqlakeview for their crawfish boil and it was outstanding. 3 lbs for $25 is not bad at all and the crawfish was really good imo. The corn was not very good but I’m not too upset about that. We also did a food drive for @consciousalliance and cleared out the Crestline Piggly Wiggly for all they’re worth of Vienna sausage and canned tuna so if you’re in Crestline and looking for either of those, you’re going to need to go elsewhere. Overall, great weekend in the Magic City for the music, food, commradarie, and laughs though I don’t much care for the Mountain Brook High School Class of 2026. 🌧️🎸
