This one came in as a simple finder submission from @reinvention_of_me … but it was anything but simple.

Owner passed away.
Tenants stopped paying.
Foreclosure filed.
Property boarded by the town.

Most people would’ve written this off as a loss.

We didn’t.

We tracked down the son, got him appointed as administrator, defended the foreclosure, and negotiated a short pay with the bank.

➡️ Seller paid $0 out of pocket
➡️ Walked away with money in hand

Then the next phase began…

@bluechiphomebuyerslongisland stepped in, secured permits, fully renovated the property, and brought it back to life.

Now it’s back on the market — listed by @tracyboucherrealtor of Signature Premier Properties.

This is what Rescue to Rebuild actually looks like.
