What a night! 🤍

The Agent Tools for Success Launch Party was EVERYTHING!

I’m grateful for @quianashonte and the @AgentToolsforSuccess community she has created for women in real estate. It’s Faith based, with great connections, and knowledge and women genuinely wanting to see other women WIN!

And then @sevynthestylist gave us real, actionable content strategies for our businesses right in the middle of the celebration! I learned so much at a party!! My kind of party!!

I’m excited about how it’s helping me grow in my real estate career. 🤍

Just another AMAZING sales meeting at Watch Realty Co.! ❤️🏡

This is what happens when you are surrounded by leadership that truly cares, leads from the front, and is committed to making an impact in the community.

From market updates and technology to tools, resources, education, and strategies that help us better serve our clients, there is always something valuable to take away.

What I appreciate most is the transparency, collaboration, and willingness to pour into others. We are evolving. We are growing. We are learning how to stay prepared, relevant, and equipped in an ever changing real estate industry.

And it is about so much more than real estate. We talk about health because health is wealth. We connect with our vendor partners. We support community initiatives. We fellowship, laugh, encourage one another, and enjoy some delicious cuisine along the way! 😋

We come together as a team. We help one another. We celebrate one another. We challenge one another.

And when we leave these meetings, we leave CHARGED, INVIGORATED, ENCOURAGED, AND INSPIRED!

We are pushed.
We are stretched.
We are challenged.
We are equipped.
We are poured into.

Congratulations to every team member, every principal partner, and every person who makes Watch Realty Co. what it is. YOU MATTER! ❤️

You do not have to be on the board for your contribution to matter. Every showing, every conversation, every client served, every idea, every connection, and every effort contributes to the bigger picture.

We are all champions! 🏆

And remember, everybody had to start somewhere.

Your chapter is still being written. Your opportunity is coming. Your time is coming to shine.

Stay encouraged. Stay committed. Keep learning. Keep growing. Keep showing up.

We get to serve, and we get to grow together! ❤️🇺🇸🏡

If you’re still managing every contract from binding agreement to closing, we need to talk☺️

Agents ask me all the time, “Who is the first person I should hire?”

A transaction coordinator. PERIOD. Preferably @harmonytransactions 🤌🏾

Once you get your clients under contract, you need someone keeping up with the timelines, deadlines, paperwork and everything it takes to get that contract to the closing table.

Because you need to be back outside. Taking appointments. Marketing your business. Serving your clients. And getting more clients under contract.

That’s where @harmonytransactions comes in.

If you’re looking for a transaction coordinator who picks up the phone, understands contracts, understands processing and systems and knows how to get a deal to the closing table, you need to be working with Nikiesha.

Nikiesha, thank you for being my trusted and true transaction coordinator and helping me close millions of dollars in real estate. You are the best!

And yes, she can help you too. Harmony Transaction Solutions currently serves Georgia, Florida, Virginia and Indiana.

🎉 CONGRATULATIONS TO MY AMAZING SELLER CLIENTS! 🎉

Celebrating this major milestone — of the successful sale of your first Florida investment property! 🏡🔑

This transaction was certainly not without its challenges. From unexpected obstacles to issues that could have easily derailed the deal, there were moments when we had to pause, reassess, and think strategically.

But that’s exactly what we did. We stayed focused, developed smart alternative strategies, negotiated through the challenges, and found solutions to keep the transaction moving forward. 💪🏽✨

Real estate transactions don’t always go according to plan. The difference is having an experienced advisor who can recognize the challenges, pivot when necessary, and keep the end goal — getting you successfully to the closing table — at the forefront.

I’m incredibly proud of what we accomplished together and grateful that you trusted me and my team to navigate this journey with you. ❤️

One investment property sold. One successful closing. And another chapter in your real estate journey complete! 🥂🏡

Congratulations again! I truly appreciate your trust, your patience, and the opportunity to represent you.

I’m already looking forward to our next transaction together — and I have a feeling it’s coming very soon! 😉🔑

WRC First Sales Meeting 🤍

The moment I took off my stilettos and slipped into my cute Tieks… 👠➡️🥿😩😂

@harmonytransactions called me up for introductions!

I tried to give the quickest intro possible because the only thing going through my mind was… “I don’t even have my heels on!”
👀😂

But @quianashonte wasn’t letting me get away with that. She gave everyone a proper introduction, and I couldn’t have been more grateful. ❤️

Excited to be part of the WRC family and looking forward to this next chapter! Let’s go! 🚀
