Last night marked the end of my dance journey with @eliseflaggacademyofdance & @embodydancecompany

Embody and EFAD have been my second home for 5 ½ years. Sharing the stage one last time with such amazing people was truly unforgettable.

Dance has always been more than movement—it’s been my voice and my biggest challenge. Through setbacks and self-doubt, I chased perfection, but dance ultimately taught me something deeper: resilience, honesty, and the power of being present, even in the mess.

One of the biggest blessings in my dance journey has been the people beside me. And that brings me to JacLyn. @jaclyn_allott

Jaclyn, you’ve been my anchor, my mentor, and the heart behind my growth. You taught me to find joy in the process and believe in myself. Because of you, I found my voice in dance—and in life. Your love, guidance, and faith in me shaped who I am today. For ten years, you gave me space to learn, lead, and dream. I’ll carry your impact with me forever. You’ll always be my best friend, mentor, and big sister in dance. I will continue my dance career forever thinking of the impact you made on me. I love you, always.

thank you to everyone who supported me during my journey. Thank you @danielle_lauren34 @lkdiamond @kaleigh_jayne_ @elise_flagg and Judy for your constant support, time, and energy you put into making me the dancer I am today. I wouldn’t be where I am today without your guidance and support. Thank you for pushing me and helping me grow.

I was given the opportunity to choreograph two pieces for the showcase. A final duet with my sister Harper—dancing by your side has been a gift. I’ll always cherish these moments, and though this chapter ends, I know we’re both headed for great things. Love you always.

The second piece was a group work I choreographed, built around an emotional concept. The dancers brought it to life beautifully, and I’m so grateful for their hard work and heart.

Though this chapter is ending, I’m excited for what’s ahead. I’ll always cherish the memories, people, and moments that made these years unforgettable. I’ll always be an Embody and EFAD dancer at heart, and know that it will be a place I can call home 🤍💙
