Throwback to our very first commissioned artwork through ALPHA. Graffiti Egypt x @graffitiegypt created this portrait of our friend Harper in their colorful signature style.

Two years later, find Egypt’s artwork in NYC subway stations and murals along the East Coast! Egypt is an exemplar of how consistency and staying true will lead you onwards and upwards.

Still one of my top memories of all time in NY. 2 years ago we had the pleasure to do something different (as usual for most of the times) — not only we brought up the @cachelife djs and the hottest crowd but also booked @edsonsean and the band playing disco funk tunes accompanied with D Angelo, Stevie wonder, Marvin gaye and many more. Was a huge blast and people were dancing until they were forced to leave at 4am on a Thursday. I look forward doing this again @lebainnyc @thestandard 💗

Today I’ve come down from the adrenalin high that I’ve been on since last week Wednesday. Possibly since my birthday. I’m at this beautiful hard place where my inner child and present me, meet. The healing has begun and I’m exhausted in the moments. Exhausted in the journey. Excited in the transition and excited in the relocation. My spiritual placing has also been relocated. (Selah)

I’m missing all of my family and friends who have become my family. The love and support extended to me has made you all some of my biggest blessings. I value memories and relationships deeply. So thank you.
Right now, I do not miss NY, because space and these trees are what I presently need. We live in the seasons of our lives. All I can do in these moments is rest so that eventually I can take it all in and process the depth of this beauty, this blessing, this journey.

SPECIAL BLESSINGS TO MY SIS WHO DROVE MY CAR DOWN ALL ALONE FOR ME 😭 @tcee74 I love you.

SPECIAL BLESSINGS TO MY COUSIN WHO TOOK THE KEY AND MANAGED THE NY PROPERTY FINDING THINGS THAT WE LEFT 😭 I love you @msr3nee927

SPECIAL BLESSINGS & THANKS TO @98freak who worked tirelessly with us on the move. I can’t say thank you enough. Your musical interludes were heavenly amongst the chaos. 🎶 🎶 You’re so appreciated.

SPECIAL BLESSINGS & THANK YOU TO MY SPIRITUAL MOM who keeps me and my fam covered in her love and prayer 😭 @janicelitchmore I love you!

With a grateful heart, I’m blessed by grace.
GOD I THANK YOU safely arrived into my “new” 😭

Yooo relationships matter most!! In 2019, Ms. Dawn, our owner, met @bailey.wolff who was managing communications for the @sbagov when @thenourishspot was selected as #microbusinessoftheyear! She and Bailey became friends and last year, Bailey introduced her to @nypd officer @harpermilo when they interviewed her on their podcast!!

Fast forward to today, who comes to support us, the @options.nyc team - Jason, Harper and Maribel aka @simply_50 — and we are #thankfulgratefulblessed for their visit.

@thenourishspot is available to YOU too between 9:30 am - 6 pm via #curbsidepickup 📞 718-526-2099 to place your order before you arrive to decrease wait time OR contact one of our #food delivery app partners @doordash @caviar @ubereats @grubhub @seamless!

Andddd guess what, you can also order via @postmates by clicking on the 🅾🆁🅳🅴🆁 🅵🅾🅾🅳 button immediately above on this IG page!!
