Good Morning Beloved,
Our time in prayer last night was so good. The Holy Spirit reminded us of Hannah how she dedicated her child back to God after God blessed her with a Child. It was a reminder in the book of Psalms reminding us that Children is a blessing from the Lord. We all are blessing from the Lord. Whatever that is important to him. We give it back to him and that’s including ourselves that’s the real surrendering. Surrendering is trusting God totally and completely for everything. As I prayed for all of the prayer requests, my children and grandchildren as well. It’s so refreshing to know and be reminded God is always in control.

You see Children are a blessing and a gift from the Lord. Hannah showed herself faithful with little and God turned around and bless her with 5 more children. You can take that faith and trust God provision will come to pass in your life as well. It’s Gods vision it’s Gods Bill.

God will always provide. God always have a ram in the bush for his people. He does it when he sees fit to do it. 👑🥰❤️

At this big age, I’m back choosing genuine connections, good energy, real conversations, and women I can fully be myself around.

Because your circle should add to your joy… not make you need a break from it. ✨💫 ⬇️

With that said @1gracegirl & @harrietroberson hosted THEE BEST Sisters Circle Forum Prayer Breakfast event in Orlando! Our girl Kim secured a VIP table and I was fortunate to be invited! 🧡The moment I walked in the room I could BREATHE EASIER! ✨ Sunday Inspiration ✨

What a beautiful reminder of what can happen when women come together in faith, fellowship, and purpose!

I was blessed to attend the inaugural Prayer & Networking Breakfast, presented by Sister’s Circle Forum. What a turnout—more than 150 women gathered for this sold-out event!

A special thank-you to Dr. Harriet Roberson and Farra Worrell for their labor of love in creating such an anointed gathering. From the opening prayer and heartfelt worship to the powerful testimonies shared by more than 30 panelists, God’s presence could truly be felt throughout the room.

I also greatly enjoyed sharing the morning with my wonderful sister-friends and tablemates, Kim Johnson, Dr. Plashan McCune, and Erika Bell-Barnes. There is something special about being surrounded by women who encourage, inspire, and uplift one another.

“Therefore encourage one another and build each other up.”
—1 Thessalonians 5:11

It was a blessing to be in the presence of so many phenomenal women, and I know we are all looking forward to the next gathering! 🧡🙏🏾

🧡💗 A full day of connecting with amazing women, meaningful conversations, and PURPOSE.

Yesterday started at the Sister Circle Forum Prayer Breakfast, surrounded by a beautiful sea of orange! 🧡 I was honored to participate in the panel discussion and share the heart behind Beating Heart Health for Women…Education. Empowerment. Advocacy. Community.

And yes… we talked MENOPAUSE! 🔥 Because the more we normalize these conversations, the more women can understand what is happening in their bodies and advocate for the care they deserve.

Then I ended the evening with our Menopause Awareness Summit host, Monica May, “Spill the Tea” at CB Bistro. 💕 Such a great conversation around addictive patterns, recognizing red flags, examining our own patterns, setting boundaries, and creating healthier relationships moving forward.

Two events. Two powerful conversations. One common thread: women becoming healthier, stronger, more informed versions of themselves.

And we’re continuing the conversation at the 2026 Inaugural Menopause Awareness Summit! 💗🔥
