I was fortunate to be an extra/AP/BTS guy for a couple days on “Typecast” (@premacreativeco ) a webseries about an experience that I can safely assume most POC actors have undergone in their careers, at some point or the other. It was such a wonderful experience working with the cast and crew, and can’t wait for a season 2!

Annndd that’s a wrap on season 1 of Typecast 🎬

Wow… still processing this one. To everyone who watched, commented, shared, sent us messages, thank you so so much. You gave this thing a life, and seeing where it landed is absolutely incredible 🙏🏽

To the cast and crew, you guys showed up and showed out. The passion and energy you all brought to this project is something I don’t take lightly. This show is yours, and I’m so grateful to have walked this journey with you all!

I’ll be honest, this was a vulnerable one for me. A lot of Typecast is based on real experiences, real rooms, real rejections, and real moments where morality was in question. If you found something in it, or just felt seen, then it did what we hoped it would do.

And to my artists… the ones grinding like there’s no tomorrow. Believe me, I know this path is hard, and it will test you in ways that you never thought about. Keep pushing… we believe in you!

Thank you to everyone who made Typecast possible! I cannot wait to share what’s next for us 🔥
