Introducing our MVP Elite U11 squad. 💙🖤

A new group. A new season. And a huge year of development ahead.

This season will see these boys test themselves week after week in the ENG West London Premier League, alongside academy fixtures, showcases and tournaments against some outstanding opposition.

We know there will be challenges along the way — and that’s exactly why we’re here.

It’s about putting these players into environments that stretch them, challenge them and ultimately help them become better footballers.

This is our U11 journey.

🔵⚫️ BERKS ELITE PRE-SEASON TOURNAMENT | U11s

A performance to be proud of from our U11s yesterday. 👏

The boys produced some excellent football throughout the Berks Elite Pre-Season Tournament, earning their place in the semi-finals.

They went 1-0 up against Berks Elite and pushed the eventual tournament winners all the way, before a last-minute goal brought their tournament to an end.

Of course they'll be disappointed, but there are so many positives to take from the day.

This group has arguably shown more improvement than any other throughout pre-season. The progress in their confidence, togetherness and the way they're beginning to play has been brilliant to watch. 💙

Now the real journey begins...

Next Saturday our U11s start their first ever ENG campaign, and it doesn't get much tougher than an ENG FA Cup Qualifying Round tie to kick things off. 🏆🔥

We couldn't be more excited to see what this group can do this season.

Develop. Progress. Succeed.

⚽️ PRE-SEASON MINUTES | U11s 🔵⚫️

Another valuable pre-season fixture in the bank for our U11s as preparations continue for the ENG WLPL season ahead.

In some seriously hot conditions 🥵, there were plenty of positives to take from tonight’s game against South Reading FC.

With less rotation and players spending more time in one or two positions, we saw the group really start to take on the tactical information being given to them.

A big positive was our confidence playing out from the back and finding players between the lines, allowing us to progress through the pitch and play some really good football. 👏⚽️

There’s still plenty to work on — particularly staying compact and limiting the opposition’s time and space — but that’s exactly what these pre-season fixtures are for.

The ENG WLPL will provide a big challenge for this group this season, and every game like this helps us become a little more prepared for what’s ahead. 💪

Thanks to South Reading FC for the game and best of luck for the season ahead. 🤝

Oxford United Away. 💙💛

A brilliant experience for our players against a top Academy environment.

These are the types of games that challenge players to think quicker, be braver on the ball, and solve problems under pressure. The result was never the focus — the learning was.

So many positives to take away:
⚽️ Courage to play
🧠 Better decisions under pressure
💪 Competing against a high standard
📈 Moments of real quality across both games

We’re proud of the attitude, effort and willingness to keep trying. That’s where real development happens.

Thank you to Oxford United Academy for hosting us and providing a fantastic test for our U9s and U10s. We look forward to the next one.

Attack. Defend. Dominate. 💙💛

MATCH REPORT ⚽🔥

A really strong performance from our MVP Elite U9s last night against Chelsea Development Centre.

The boys played some excellent football throughout, moving the ball well, creating chances and showing great energy as a team.

Most pleasing was the way the group continued to apply the things we’ve been working on in training, playing with confidence and working hard for each other from start to finish 👏

A fantastic night for the boys, coming away with a 13–1 win and plenty of positives to build on as we continue progressing together.

Another great experience and another step forward for the group 🔵⚫
